1. Business Information

Roax3D is a sole proprietorship based in Belgium, operating an online store for 3D printed products. For questions, contact us at support@roax3d.com.

2. General

By placing an order on Roax3D, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by Belgian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and vary by destination
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept card payments, iDEAL, and Bancontact
• An order confirmation email is sent after successful payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud

4. Products & Production

• All products are made to order using 3D printing technology
• Products are handcrafted and may have minor variations from product images
• Colors may slightly differ due to screen settings and material batches
• 3D printed products may show layer lines, which is a characteristic of the production method and not a defect
• Production typically takes 3-8 business days, as indicated on each product page

5. Delivery

• We ship to selected European countries and the United Kingdom
• Shipping times are 2-5 business days after production is complete
• Total estimated delivery: 5-13 business days from order date
• All shipments include tracking. A tracking number is provided once the order ships
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Exception: Custom or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU

7. Defective Items & Warranty

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs
• Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on all goods. If a product proves defective within this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

8. Refunds

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe)
• Processing time: typically 5-10 business days after we approve the refund
• Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product names, and content on this website are the property of Roax3D or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@roax3d.com. We aim to resolve all issues amicably.

If we cannot reach a resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
