14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
